Unless otherwise noted, all of UTT’s training programs are built for Police, Federal Agents, Military, Intelligence Professionals, Educators, Citizen Activists, Business Leaders, Religious Leaders, Elected Officials.

Duration: 9 continuous days (in person) / 2 weeks (Mon-Fri) Online

Summary: Train the Trainer (TtT) is a world class training program and the only one of its kind in the West.  The TtT program is designed to be an intense practical course with a small number of students designed to:  (1) Give them a deep understanding of the threat of the communist & Jihadist networks in the United States; (2) Refresh students about American Founding Principles as it relates to U.S. law and government, and a Constitutional approach to this threat; (3) Teach the students how to speak about and brief this topic in a factual way, while answering common objections to this information; and (4) Demonstrate how to legally research, identify, and dismantle communist & jihadi networks at the local level.

Duration: 2 days

Summary: This program provides students an understanding of communist and jihadi networks in the United States, and how to share these threats with people with whom they already have a relationship.  UTT has found this program can build momentum quickly in a community.  Into Action was developed primarily for civilians, but all are welcome.

Audience: This course is primarily for Police, Detectives/Investigators, First Responders,                    Analysts, National Guard, Prosecutors

Summary: Numerous law enforcement/investigative agencies have reported they have opened numerous investigations as a result of this training program and UTT’s consultation which comes with it.  Over the 3 days, students are given an objective and thorough review of the materials terrorist state is the basis for why they act, hostile threat networks in the United States and the locale in which the program takes place, the modus operandi of these networks, investigative, prosecutorial and tactical options to deal with these threats, and a review of America’s Founding Principles as they relate to law and government.

Audience:  Combat Military Units, Leadership, Intelligence Professionals, Civilian Leadership and War Planners

Summary: U.S. Warfighting Doctrine requires professionals to analyze a threat based on HOW our enemies identify themselves and WHY they are fighting us.  This program goes through the doctrine the global communist and jihadi Movements rely upon to fight us, and demonstrates how knowing this doctrine radically changes the nature of how we must address these threats.  The course also gives specific global strategic movements of the enemy and recommended courses of action to be taken now to prepare for the next phase in these wars.

Audience: DEA, FBI Narcotics agents, Drug Task Force officers, patrol officers, analysts, tactical officers/agents, department/agency leadership

Summary: This course is similar to the “Understanding and Investigating the Jihadi Network” course, but is tailored for federal, state and local agencies investigating narcotics offenses and networks.

Audience: Analysts and Researchers

Summary: Professional analysis of threats begin with who the threat states it is and why the threat is fighting.  Since 9/11, this type of analysis has not been conducted because there has been little analysis on the doctrine the threats, specifically the jihadi and communist threats, state is the reason why we are being attacked through physical violence, subversion, espionage, and counterintelligence operations.  This course will give students a deep understanding of the doctrinal basis from which these enemies operate at the local to international levels, and their modus operandi inside the United States.  Analysts will be taught how to proactively locate these threats at the local level, how to advise leaders on effective steps which can be taken, how to do predictive analysis, and how to best present this information to others.

Audience:  SWAT Teams, Patrol Officers, Negotiators, Medics, Support personnel, Department/Agency Leaders

Summary: This program is tailored for the needs of the requesting agency and provides tactical officers/agents, and all the personnel usually involved in hostage, barricade or unusual circumstances presented to tactical units and their leaders.  Students will/can receive classes involving:  jihadi doctrine and modus operandi; historical perspectives; real world tactical outcomes; legal and deadly force matters; proactive identification of local networks; operational planning; SOP writing/training; and recommendations for dealing with these threats in the local community.  Students will/can receive hands on training in:  firearms handling, marksmanship, tactical planning and operations, Close Quarters Battle (CQB), vehicle assaults, helicopter operations, planning for long-term operations, and a variety of other related issues as needed by the requesting agencies.

Audience: Prosecutors and Judges

Summary: This program includes a case review of the largest terrorism financing trial ever successfully prosecuted in American history (US v Holy Land Foundation, Northern District of Texas 2008), matters of law terrorist rely upon in furtherance of their actions, strategies for prosecuting terrorism matters at the state level, a review of numerous criminal affidavits used in U.S. arrests of terrorists, and a review of America’s Founding Principles and the Oath of Office.  This course often features the former Inspector General of the Department of Defense.
