Did you know the Swedish word Gift means both as “married” when used as an adjective and “poison’” when used as a noun, which is an entirely different meaning than the English definition of an item given to someone or a talent a person possesses?
Many people have different personal definitions for words, but all words have a defined meaning in their society.
Police officers in America conduct interviews in English believe people with whom they are speaking understand the meaning of the words they are saying. If the subject of an interview speaks another language, the interview is conducted with an interpreter.
Police Officers have four primary functions; to enforce laws, prevent crimes, respond to emergencies, and provide support for society. They enforce state and federal laws. When these rules/laws are broken, police conduct an investigation to see if probable cause exist to detain the offender for breaking the rules of society.
Under 18 U.S. Code § 2331:
(1) the term “international terrorism” means —
(A) involve violent acts or acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State, or that would be a criminal violation if committed within the jurisdiction of the United States or of any State;
(5) the term “domestic terrorism” means —
(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
When a sharia-adherent muslims is interviewed and simply asked if he/she is a terrorist, he/she understands the question through the filter of sharia, also known as “Allah’s divine law” which is a detailed set of rule muslims are obliged to obey under penalty of death.
In 1990, all 57 members of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) – every Islamic nation on earth- approved The Cairo Declaration on Human Rights in Islam, and officially served this Declaration to the United Nations in 1993.
The last two articles in the Cairo Declaration on Human Rights in Islam states:
ARICLE 24: All the rights and freedoms stipulated in this Declaration are subject to the Islamic Shariah.
ARTICLE 25: The Islamic Shariah is the only source of reference for the explanation or clarification of any of the articles of this Declaration.
Because “Allah’s divine law” sharia comes directly from Islam’s “god” Allah and the “exalted standard of conduct” for all muslims to follow – Mohammad – it is considered the perfect law for all mankind, which must be imposed on all people for the sake of Allah.
On May 31, 2008, thousands of Islamic jurists attended a Anti-Terrorism and Global Peace Conference, and published an anti-terrorism fatwa,
The Islamic jurists also contrasted Islam’s legal understanding of “terrorism” with “jihad.”
The declaration stated: “There is a world of difference between terrorism and jihad. Jihad is constructive and terrorism is destructive. Jihad is for the establishment of peace…terrorism is the gravest of crimes, as held by the Koran and Islam.”
It should be noted that in Islam “peace” is legally defined as the state of the world when all people are subordinated to “Allah’s divine law”/sharia. See UTT’s latest article on that HERE.
In Islam “terrorism” literally means “killing a Muslim without right under sharia.”
Jihad is only legally defined in Islam as “warfare against non-muslims” and is one of three duties of all muslims.
The killing of innocent people – and only sharia-adherent muslims are innocent in Islam – is associated with the killing of a Muslim without right in Koran 4:93: “And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his punishment is hell; he shall abide in it, and Allah will send His wrath on him and curse him and prepare for him a painful chastisement.”
When a sharia-adherent muslim commits an act of jihad and police or federal agents in America call it “terrorism” – “Killing a muslim without right” – there is a significant disconnect between the Islamic community and the law enforcement community.
When muslims speak their words must be translated from English to English using the filter of sharia.
According to the FBI, the FBI’s number one priority is protecting Americans against terrorist attacks. The FBI is also responsible for training city and state law enforcement on terrorism matters, but currently have no training nor understanding of sharia and its role in Islam’s Global Islamic Movement.
In the above-referenced 2019 FBI manual on “violent extremist” the word “extremist” appears 61 times, but “jihad” is not mentioned once.
Police officers across America take an oath of office similar to this one:
“I will support the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution and laws of [STATE], that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, and defend them against enemies, foreign and domestic, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge, the duties of a peace officer, to the best of my ability, so help me God.”
This is an oath for which they risk their lives. When it comes to the threat of Islamic jihad, police are not being properly trained in the importance of sharia, recognizing sharia-adherent muslims in their community, nor are they being taught how to interview/interrogate terrorism suspects in a manner that best brings results.
Police cannot fulfill their Oath of Office to defend “against enemies, foreign and domestic” if they are unaware and not being trained on easily identifiable jihadis in their communities from Islamic Societies, Hamas/CAIR, Muslim Students Associations, Islamic Circles, Islamic Associations, Muslim Brotherhood mosques/Islamic Centers, and the many others.
Would you want to inadvertently offer you new friend from Sweden poison when you intend to give him a gift?
Police officers must be properly trained so they have the right tools to preform their job.
You can help! Get this message to your local officers and share UTT’s 3-day training program with them. It is the only training program of its kind in America.
UTT stands ready to train officers and be their interpreter about the Islamic Threat and how to uphold their oath of office.
